This coming September CDL Inc. and 3D at Depth will be coordinating a water demonstration to display INScan, the first ever Subsea LIDAR system specifically designed for ultra deep water exploration.
The demonstrations will be performed in a 24X12 foot pool and last approximately two hours; each will begin with an introduction of the technology and examples that validate how the system is used to support the ultra deep water environment. During the demonstration the INScan system will capture high resolution data sets of subsea equipment, and display the subsequent 3D models using commercial CAD and engineering tools.
